Our volunteers are an essential part of running a successful sale.  To show our appreciation, we offer the following volunteer perks and benefits:

 

Volunteer for four hours to receive:

1 volunteer pre-sale pass

1 consignor pre-sale pass for a friend

 

Volunteer for eight hours to receive:

1 volunteer pre-sale pass

1 consignor pre-sale pass for a friend

1 volunteer 1/2 price pre-sale pass

 

Volunteer for four hours during sorting:

If 4 of your volunteer hours are done during sorting, you will also receiving the following, in addition to the other perks and benefits:

$10 off your consignor fee (to be refunded at pick up)

Free lunch

-4 Sherwood Photography gift certificates (worth $199 each)

-4 Salon 7 gift certificates (worth $25-30 each)

-Receive 1 entry for every 4 hours that you volunteer between Monday, February 25 and Thursday, February 28

-Receive 1 entry for every 4 hours that you volunteer between Sunday, March 2 and Monday, March 3

-Receive 2 entries for every 4 hours that you volunteer on Friday, Feburary 29 and Saturday, March 1

-Receive a bonus entry for every 4 hours that you volunteer on Friday, February 29 from 5-9pm or Saturday, March 1 from 2-6pm

-There is no limit to the number of entries you can receive

-All volunteers are eligible and automatically entered

-The drawings will be held on Monday, February 25

-Winners can pick up their prize upon completion of their volunteer hours

 

Please Note:

~Snacks and drinks will be available during all volunteer shifts

~You must have a pass to enter the private pre-sales 

~Only one person will be permitted per pass (with the exception of a spouse or mother)

 ~If you shop the pre-sale and don’t show up for your shift, you will not be allowed to shop the pre-sale again in the future
