Semi-Annual Children’s Consignment Sale & Marketplace

 

 

 

Volunteer Positions:

 

Item Check: Check to make sure the items meet our standards of quality & insure that items are tagged properly. 

*Please do not volunteer for this position unless you feel comfortable rejecting items that don’t meet our guidelines.

 

Display Items: Put approved items in their designated place on the racks, tables, etc.

 

Pre-Sale Door Greeter: Check pre-sale passes and greet customers.

 

Work the Floor: Assist customers, watch for shoplifting, and help return items to their designated place.

 

Assist the Cashier: Remove tags & hangers, bag items, etc.

 

Cashier: Scan items using barcode system, take payment from customers, and count change if needed.

*Please do not volunteer for this position unless you feel comfortable processing calculations and handling money.

 

Sorter: Sort all of the items that were not sold.

 

Item Claim: Assist consignors by locating their unsold items at pick up.

 

 

*If you volunteer during the pre-sale, please do not plan to shop during your volunteer time

*Volunteer sign up is on a first come first serve basis.  Spots fill up fast!
