Consignor Policy and Information

· Participants receive 70% of sales.
· $15 consignment fee due at drop off.
· Participants are responsible for determining their own prices as well as tagging their items.  We will not accept any items not already tagged or prepared for sale.  Any item that is not tagged or looses a tag during the sale will be placed aside and will not be sold.  These items can be picked up at the end of the sale.
· The presale is for participants who bring at least 15 accepted items or a large item such as furniture.  Only one presale pass will be issued per consignor. 
· Please pickup your items at the designated time.  All items not picked up will be donated - NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Cooper's Closet Seasonal Consignment Sale will not be held responsible for any damage caused by fire, flood, or any other unforeseen circumstance.  We will make every reasonable effort to prevent shoplifting but we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
· There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.     ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

  • Participants who do not use the computer entry system will receive payment within 3 to 4 weeks by mail.  Cooper's Closet will not be responsible for lost items if you choose to not use the computer entry system.
